1. Agreement
By accessing or using the Quins Finance website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts. Business clients must be authorised representatives of their organisation.
3. Our Services
Quins Finance is an independent finance broker connecting clients with third-party lenders and finance providers. We are not a lender. Final lending decisions, terms, and pricing are made by the lender.
4. Fees & Packages
Selected packages and advisory services may carry fees as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless required by law.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, to keep your account credentials confidential, and not to use the services for unlawful purposes or to mislead lenders.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Quins Finance Limited or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quins Finance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, lost profits, or business interruption arising from your use of the services. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or anything that cannot be limited under UK law.
8. Regulatory Notice
Quins Finance Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Some products (e.g. unregulated commercial loans) may fall outside FCA regulation; we will tell you when this is the case.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the services in a way that risks harm to us, our clients, or our partners.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
